Be Your North Star: Fall 2026

Embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment in an intimate, small, group setting. Connect with fellow travelers, share stories, and leave feeling inspired with an actionable plan to create the transformation you desire.

IN THE WORKSHOP YOU WILL:

This year I am hosting the workshop in my humble and cozy art studio at the Wheat Ridge Center for Music and Art.


I will be handling the registration on my own, directly through Paypal/Venmo.

Rock Solid Start: Training for Teachers

Register: 3 Wednesdays: September 9th, 4:00 pm MST

This training series blends live sessions with pre-recorded webinars (and even a teeny bit of homework) for educators who want to reorient, ground, and solidify themselves as they start, and restart, and restart the school year.

Week 1: Calm. It. Down. (by “it”— I mean you)

  • Understand the impact of trauma on the nervous system and your stress response

Week 3: Create a useful plan to start the year regardless of whether you are online, in a building, or both.

  • Make a concrete plan that incorporates self-regulation, purpose, and your skill as a teacher to prepare you for the fits and starts as they occur (and they will).
